How the numbers are built

  • Both venues quote BCH directly in pesos, so no stablecoin conversion is needed.
  • Coins.ph fills are priced across the visible order book, so slippage is included up to 20 levels deep. PDAX publishes only a top-of-book bid and ask, so PDAX fills are assumed to happen at the quoted price.
  • PDAX prices stream live over the exchange's own WebSocket push (the same feed its app uses), arriving about every 5 seconds. If the WebSocket is blocked, Tawid falls back to polling PDAX's public market prices feed every 15 seconds.
  • Fee and transfer inputs are placeholders. Replace them with your own tier and the withdrawal fees shown in each app before you trust a result.
  • Paper trades are simulated at the quoted prices with instant fills. Nothing here places real orders or asks for API keys; it reads public market data only.
  • Readings are saved in this browser every few seconds and come back when you reopen the page. New readings can also be written to CSV files on a schedule. Clearing your browser data erases the browser copy, so keep the CSV files as your backup.
  • The PDAX quote is still the exchange's published top-of-book bid and ask, even on the live stream. If your network blocks PDAX entirely, Tawid retries through public CORS proxies, and you can also type the prices by hand in Data connection.
  • Browsers slow down timers in hidden tabs, so keep this tab visible while collecting data.
